First Course 

Wild Mushroom Tenderloin Soup

Paired with Stemmari Pinot Grigio, Sccily – Notes of ripened peach and pear mixed with notes of dry yellow flowers. Intermediately tart, manifesting a pleasurable minerality and freshness.

Second Course

Roasted Duck Leg Salad  – Warm Lentil & Caramelized Pear Salad

Paired with Cave du Lugny Macon Chardonnay, France – Aromas of citrus, peak and apricot followed by a wonderful balance of acidity and sweetness with a slightly spicy flavor.

Third Course

Crab Bucatini Agliolio – Bucatini pasta, jumbo lump crabmeat tossed with extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic, red hots, and Pecorino cheese.  

Paired with J Lohr Falcon’s Perch Pinot Noir, California – Bright cherry, blood orange and holiday spices on the nose  followed by vibrant fruit and talc on the palate.

Main Course

Champagne Poached Lobster Tail  – Poached Lobster in Champagne and vegetables, served in a Veloute sauce with fresh Jardinier vegetables in a cranberry Risotto.

Paired with Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon, California – Features concentrated flavors of wild berries, plum, licorice, and mocha. The full-bodied and mouth-coating texture on the palate leads to a long graceful finish.


Tiramisu – Chocolate covered Blueberry Tiramisu

Paired with a sparkling wine cocktail featuring Frexienet Cava, Spain
